This is an authentic kushikatsu specialty restaurant that focuses on delicate craftsmanship by skilled artisans and carefully selected seasonal ingredients from Kyushu. The interior is a calm space with a purely Japanese style centered around the counter. The batter is mixed with sake, Edam cheese, and meringue to create an amazingly light and crispy texture. We offer 30 kinds of kushikatsu daily, with the menu changing monthly, so you can experience new flavors every time you visit. We never compromise on ingredients, using fresh vegetables delivered from the local Hakata produce market and low-pesticide vegetables sourced from contracted farmers. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming even for solo customers, providing a refined yet relaxed “adult kushikatsu time.”
