In addition to kaiseki cuisine, we offer a variety of single dishes, mainly using essential Kyoto ingredients such as Kyoto vegetables, raw gluten, tofu skin, Wakasa guji (sweet sea bream), and seafood directly delivered from the Sea of Japan.
