Amakusa in Kumamoto Prefecture, the hometown of Chef Sumoto of "Tout La Joie Ism," is the theme. It is a classic sushi restaurant that creates a cozy atmosphere like a hidden retreat.
With only eight counter seats, it is a special space where carefully selected dishes are served.
In addition to sushi, seasonal ingredients are offered as sashimi. You can also enjoy ingredients from Amakusa that are rarely found in Nagoya.
