The renowned restaurant in Akasaka, Tokyo, which has earned one Michelin star for two consecutive years, has opened a new branch.

The sharp sensibility of the head chef, cultivated through numerous experiences, shines through playful appetizers, and the carefully calculated contrast with traditional and orthodox Edomae sushi is completed within a single course.

Only the "Omakase Course" is served.

The course begins with a rich clam soup that relaxes the mind, followed by witty appetizers, and continues with traditional and orthodox Edomae nigiri. Please enjoy it.
