Akasaka Sushi Matsumoto was featured in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2019 and 2020.

The chef's sharp sensibility, cultivated through numerous experiences, shines through playful appetizers, creating a carefully calculated contrast with traditional and authentic Edomae sushi, all completed within a single course.

Only the omakase course is served.

The course begins with a rich clam soup that relaxes the mind, followed by witty appetizers, and then continues with traditional and authentic Edomae nigiri. Please enjoy.
