Our restaurant is a cozy and chic Japanese dining place where you can luxuriously enjoy the food and sake of Fukui. We offer a variety of dishes supervised by Fukui's long-established "Boyoro," including hand-made Echizen Oroshi soba made from buckwheat flour produced in Fukui Prefecture, and seafood rice bowls made with fresh fish sourced daily from Fukui. We take pride in Fukui's local sake, and the "Sake Tasting Set" is also highly recommended. Ingredients and sake offered on our menu are available for purchase at the antenna shop on the first floor.
