The simple interior, crafted by a master of Sukiya-style architecture, gives the impression of suddenly entering a different space from the middle of the town.

The shop owner's proud single-counter made of cypress uses cypress from Kiso, and when you sit down, you can feel a gentle texture and tone, along with a relaxed calmness and a sense of anticipation for deliciousness.
