"We want you to enjoy Edo-style sushi in Nagoya as well." With that feeling in mind, Sushi Ishikuro was opened in August 2012.
Upon entering, a calm space that evokes a Japanese atmosphere spreads out.
For procurement, we carefully purchase ingredients not only from Yanagibashi Market but also directly from excellent fresh fish shops in Kumamoto, Kagoshima, and Hokkaido.

To fully enjoy seasonal appetizers and sushi, we offer only course meals.
