We procure the finest seasonal and rare ingredients, apply original touches to the rice used for sushi rice and soy sauce, and prepare everything with great care, such as adjusting the amount of sushi rice according to the topping.
You can enjoy exquisite items like the tender and smooth "squid," finely cut to melt in your mouth, and the thick, plump "ark shell," both allowing you to fully savor the flavors of the toppings.
Our restaurant is a hidden gem nestled in a residential area. Please look for the hemp noren (curtain) as a landmark when you visit.
