It is a hidden charcoal-grilled restaurant standing along the Meishin Expressway.

Please enjoy dishes that cherish the changing seasons, woven together with various spices, fermented foods, and cooking methods that are not confined to countries or cultures such as Western, Chinese, or Asian, based on Japanese harmony.

We slowly grill the core part of the rare cut of Japanese Black Wagyu rump, called the "Rumsin," over charcoal to a rosy color, resulting in a very tender and juicy flavor.

You can also enjoy carefully selected ingredients such as Kyoto duck breast, Nagoya Cochin chicken, and premium pork like TOKYO X.

    We offer dishes carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal, such as Black Wagyu beef, seasonal Kyoto vegetables, and seasonal fish, prepared with cooking techniques that make use of ingredients without being confined to any particular genre.
