The manager, who trained for 20 years at a traditional Japanese restaurant, carefully and wholeheartedly prepares everything from the initial preparations.

We spare no effort from preparation to plating to make delicious ingredients even more delicious.

The manager handcrafts butterbur sprout miso using a mortar from freshly picked butterbur sprouts, and also peels chestnuts one by one to make candied chestnuts bottled for preservation. This is a shop that can be used in various situations.
