The interior consists only of counter seats, featuring a luxurious and pristine Japanese atmosphere.

Jazz music plays in the background, creating a quiet hideaway feel away from the city's hustle and bustle.
The ingredients, carefully selected and purchased by the owner himself, are chosen with a focus on freshness.
Primarily using products from Hokkaido, fresh seafood and colorful seasonal vegetables are used.

An original blend of high-quality oils, “Taihaku sesame oil” and “Kinshitsu oil,” is used.
Tempura fried in this oil is less likely to cause stomach discomfort, with a refreshing taste that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
