    We offer a course focused on nigiri exclusively for those who book through the Japan Food Guide. We have added three pieces of nigiri made with high-quality ingredients and upgraded the sashimi selection that we usually serve.

    This recommended course allows you to fully enjoy the craftsmanship of our chefs and the seasonal flavors.

    Featuring fresh seafood delivered from Nagahama Market, each piece is carefully crafted with premium selections such as rich medium-fatty tuna (chūtoro), softly prepared eel, and sweet sea urchin. The delicate technique that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients, along with the perfect balance of temperature and aroma in the sushi rice, is truly exquisite. You can also enjoy optional pairings with seasonal sake, making this course perfect for anniversaries and special occasions.
