A Yonezawa beef specialty shop established in Taisho 12 (1923)

Our shop is a long-established Yonezawa beef specialty store that has been operating since 1923.

We purchase whole cattle selected with the discerning eye unique to a meat company, sourcing the finest beef.

The menu we highly recommend is "Sukiyaki with miso sauce."

The sukiyaki, made with a secret sauce recipe preserved since our founding, is a traditional masterpiece where silky marbled meat and mellow sweetness intertwine.

This is our most popular menu item.
Our refined, high-quality space includes private rooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
