We offer exquisite dishes made with carefully selected ingredients that capture the flavors of the seasons, including premium "uni" (sea urchin) directly delivered from Nemuro and fresh "kinki" (rockfish).
High-quality uni is served simply and luxuriously as sashimi or rice bowls, as well as in dishes combined with various ingredients such as beef.
For kinki, our specialty "simmered in hot water" is recommended. We also provide a selection of limited-edition sake from all over Japan to complement your meal.
