We proudly offer our exquisite Ezo-style sushi, featuring the finest Hokkaido seafood such as bluefin tuna, fresh sea urchin, snow crab, and kinki fish, to all visitors from Japan and abroad who come to Niseko. You can fully enjoy our sushi at ① a standalone store located in a villa area surrounded by nature, or ② through catering (for groups of six or more) at accommodation facilities in the Niseko area. We are also accepting reservations for the winter season, starting December 10, 2025. Please make your reservations early.
