I am disappointed to the management team. The team didn’t notify that the bar seats are fully booked before we arrive. Since the seats are fully booked, they shouldn’t accept my reservation request. We are frustrated and eventually we didn’t dine there. When we are requesting a refund one of the chefs ran out to the front desk and abused us in Japanese, and the manager did nothing to stop him from being more aggressive. We were scared until the police come Don’t recommend to come without police
