[Ashiya Iwai Tempura & Wine], recognized worldwide for its tempura, now offers Edo-style sushi as well. The head chef's sharp sensibility, developed through numerous experiences, shines in the playful appetizers and tempura, creating a meticulously calculated contrast with the traditional and authentic Edo-style sushi, all perfectly completed within a single course.

There are soooo many restaurants in Osaka, we were fortunate to have found this one for an outstanding Omakase experience. The meal was very well thought out and the variety of food types was interesting and delicious, with the Nigiri being the highlight for us. And the owner/chef was very kind and friendly as was his staff. Highly recommend to anyone for an affordable omakase experience.
