We carefully select Wagyu beef not limited to specific brands, choosing the highest quality Wagyu as judged by the head chef for the season.
Offering a special experience that satisfies all five senses with a light course reminiscent of Japanese cuisine that brings out the umami of Wagyu while suppressing greasiness.
For both courses and à la carte orders, staff will carefully grill the parts that are difficult to cook to the right doneness.
