Based on the concept of "food and medicine sharing the same origin," I prepare sushi with the belief that meals must always be provided in a healthy, safe, and secure manner.
There is absolutely no compromise in selecting ingredients; the fish are fresh and wild-caught, and the vegetables are as local as possible. We do not use any chemical seasonings or preservatives.
