Kappo Japanese cuisine including Kyoto-style dishes and sake

A kappo restaurant in Fukuoka where you can enjoy à la carte dishes prepared by a chef trained in Kyoto cuisine.

The interior, softly illuminated by indirect lighting, is small but offers a cozy Japanese atmosphere where you can relax comfortably.

The chef, who trained for ten years at a long-established restaurant in Kyoto, uses Kansai soy sauce and miso, and local ingredients from Kyushu.

The gentle seasoning is highly praised. To complement the food, the restaurant offers a selection of limited-edition shochu, local sake, and delicious sake from across Japan.
