Savoring the pride of the skilled craftsman’s grilled eel rice bowl carefully cooked over charcoal.

The proud unaju uses specially selected eel from Kagoshima Prefecture, carefully grilled over charcoal by skilled artisans.

It further enhances its deliciousness with a sauce that concentrates flavors by simmering eel heads, liver, and bones, and the use of blended rice developed in collaboration with the eighth-generation Gihei.
In addition, the chawanmushi made with fluffy lily bulbs is also recommended.

The interior is a spacious and bright space unified with a modern Japanese design.
