We procure ingredients with the desire for you to savor the flavors of the season.

Especially the materials used for sushi are all carefully selected.
The rice blend consists of several types to achieve the optimal hardness and stickiness.
We use red vinegar, which has a richer flavor compared to other vinegars.

Only the finest seasonal ingredients are carefully chosen, and depending on their size, they are prepared and cooked differently to bring out the original deliciousness of the ingredients.
