Charcoal-grilled A5 grade Matsusaka beef and kappo cuisine enjoyed in a high-quality Japanese modern space

A restaurant born from the collaboration between an owner with experience in meat wholesale and yakiniku restaurant management in Mie Prefecture, and a Japanese cuisine craftsman who trained at a kaiseki restaurant in Arashiyama, Kyoto.

We offer a luxurious course full of exquisite dishes created by Japanese kaiseki cuisine craftsmen and meat experts.
The course features Matsusaka beef.
From sashimi and rolled sushi to grilled dishes, carefully selected A5 grade female Matsusaka beef is used.
Depending on the season, abalone and spiny lobster are also available.

    This is recommended for those who want to eat a hearty portion of Matsusaka beef. Compared to the Matsusaka beef kaiseki course, it has fewer dishes but an increased amount of Matsusaka beef.
