You can enjoy homestyle seasonal cuisine based on the everyday flavors of Kyoto at a hidden small restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots. Established in 1949 and run by the fourth-generation proprietress, this place uses fresh seafood purchased daily at the market and vegetables sourced directly from organic farmers in Kyoto. In the calm atmosphere, you can feel both the warmth of a home and the elegant refinement characteristic of Kyoto.
