Grilled chicken skewers, such as Fukuoka's specialty chicken skin, in a modern space.

Our signature dish is the new local specialty from Fukuoka, grilled chicken skin skewers.

We achieve a mature flavor by grilling domestic young chicken skin over charcoal for six days and letting it rest.

We also offer dishes like fresh chicken breast grilled with a rich umami and crispy texture, as well as raw chicken meatballs, and all yakitori is available for takeout.

Please enjoy it with our carefully selected natural wines. Our stylish interior, renovated in March, is equipped with counter and table seating.
