This is "Pork Shabu," loved by Kyoto people who prefer beef.

    We have prepared a "Vegan Kaiseki" that uses absolutely no eggs, milk, honey, gelatin, or any other animal products.
    Please enjoy a variety of dishes that fully bring out the deliciousness of vegetables and beans, made with techniques that enhance the unique flavors of Japanese ingredients.
    You can also savor new flavors such as hot pot with "tsukune" made from alternative meat (soy meat) and "gyudon" (beef bowl).
