We purchase beef from only five carefully selected farms.
Tender and well fattened, it is perfect for shabu-shabu!
Please enjoy the beef by quickly dipping it into our special broth.
Ude and shoulder loin are available.

Grade 5 Kobe beef and Japanese pork are also available.
Kobe beef and Kirimine beef are available for the all-you-can-eat course.
In addition to high quality meats, seasonal vegetables, kishimen noodles and rice at the end of the meal are also available.
Single courses are also available, so please choose the course that best suits your occasion.
