Our proud motsu-nabe, made with flying fish broth, comes in four varieties: white miso, soy sauce, salt, and red.

The miso is our special "secret white miso."
Its elegant aroma and richness, along with fragrant garlic and sesame, enhance the sweetness of the pearl-like motsu.

The motsu is our carefully chosen "Wagyu small intestines."
Fresh Wagyu small intestines are procured daily and served to customers in the freshest condition.
