    2 Ombro de Boi (Beef Chuck) A popular cut with a good balance of tenderness and meatiness.
    3 Alcatra (Rump) A hearty chunk of beef round. A menu item so addictive you want to chew it longer.
    4 Costela de Boi (Beef Rib) Rich and flavorful fatty meat with sweetness and juicy lean three-layer meat.
    5 Ombro de Porco (Pork Shoulder) Juicy and easy-to-eat fine-textured tender meat.
    6 Pork Spare Ribs (Pork Belly) You can enjoy the rich flavor and taste of the fat.
    7 Herb Chicken (Chicken Thigh) Juicy and moist chicken with a basil aroma.
    8 Cajun Chicken (Chicken Thigh) A deep flavor combining complex spice aroma and chicken umami.
    9 Linguiça (Brazilian Sausage) The taste of coarsely ground meat. Crispy outside, juicy inside.
