A specialized eel restaurant that has been in operation for 16 years. The second generation has taken over and is evolving while cherishing tradition.
We mainly offer courses using natural eel caught around Tsushima. You can enjoy a variety of dishes, such as sashimi seasoned with handmade ponzu and natural salt, as well as shabu-shabu made with broth from eel heads and bones. Please enjoy it along with distilled spirits from Kyushu that pair well with the dishes.
