The ingredients primarily feature Saga beef, along with Kobe beef, Yamagata beef, Miyazaki beef, and other meats in the best condition on the day.

Since we purchase entire cattle, you can also enjoy rare cuts.
The limited menu, which varies based on the day's procurement, offers meat in large pieces for customers to select before it is cooked and served.

Our restaurant has entirely private rooms, with seating available in private rooms accommodating from 2 to 60 guests, tailored to meet customer needs.
