At our main store, we offer high-quality wagyu with marbling that deserves an A5 rank.

We believe that this highest quality, highest rank of 12 points is a gift from the guardians of the Buddhist law, and the term "Juuniten" comes from the collective name for the gods (Tenkai) that reside in the 12 heavenly realms that protect the Buddhist law and Buddhists.
