"Oden Kappo Kanoa," located on a quiet alley near Pontocho in the Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi area, offers a special oden experience based on Kanazawa oden, which inherits the food culture of Hokuriku, combined with Kyoto's unique delicate sensibility and seasonal ingredients.

Each carefully prepared oden is infused with the rich flavor of the craftsman's special dashi broth, penetrating to the core and enhancing the original taste of the ingredients.

Popular dishes include vibrant creations harmonizing the umami of seafood, as well as luxurious items featuring salmon roe and crab. Additionally, we offer a variety of flavors such as fresh sashimi, seasonal seafood dishes, and charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef with a fragrant aroma.

The interior, wrapped in the warmth of wood grain, allows you to enjoy conversations with the owner at the counter seats or relax in semi-private rooms.
