A beef kaiseki that allows you to enjoy Miyazaki beef, also known as Japan No. 1, in a variety of styles.
Our restaurant utilizes all cuts of "Nakanishi Premier Special Wagyu," carefully selected by our head chef, from Miyazaki beef, which is said to be the best in Japan. It is a kappo-style teppanyaki business that offers a variety of cooking methods throughout the course.
By opening a branch in Tokyo, we aim to convey the appeal of "Seagaia's food" and, by extension, the charm of Miyazaki's cuisine more broadly to customers nationwide, who have cherished our restaurant for many years.
Please enjoy our restaurant, which is distinctly different from our main location in Miyazaki.
