The concept is "Innovation by Recollection." Please enjoy sushi as a soul food inherited from 40 years of cultivated technology.

Our store opened in February 2020 in a building along Yotsubashisuji in Kitahorie, Nishi Ward, Osaka City. The second-generation owner chef, who has inherited the skills cultivated over 40 years in Hyogo Prefecture, is in charge. We offer sushi and seafood dishes centered around seasonal ingredients, along with various types of alcohol.

We make daily efforts not only in our cuisine but also to create a comfortable space. We envision an atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era and aspire to be a traditional, good old sushi shop.

As we have a small space with only eight counter seats, you can enjoy your meal without any formality. We hope you can spend enjoyable time with close ones and important people.
