Hakata motsunabe featured on TV is ready.

Using carefully selected ingredients such as fresh squid from Yanagibana, sesame mackerel, freshly caught local fish, and domestic Wagyu beef.

The signature sesame mackerel is a dish featuring homemade sesame sauce, which has also been introduced on TV.

Additionally, only fresh mackerel caught on the same day is handled.

We offer a variety of great value course options, including the "Shiro Miso Motsunabe Course" where you can enjoy Fukuoka's specialty beef tripe hot pot and the "Hakata Specialty Course."

In terms of drinks, we have premium shochu from Kyushu and carefully selected local sake, and our restaurant is a three-minute walk from Hakata Station, complete with private rooms.
