    This omakase course features carefully selected seasonal ingredients and combines sushi crafted with the skill of artisans alongside exquisite dishes. We serve the flavors of each season with great care, piece by piece.

    The course consists of 15 to 18 items, including sushi, specialty dishes, soup, and sweets. Since we use the best ingredients available for the season, the composition may change depending on the procurement situation.

    Furthermore, fresh sea urchin, lean bluefin tuna, and fatty tuna, as well as the toro-taku roll lavishly topped with fresh sea urchin, are always included in the course regardless of the season. As a signature taste of our restaurant, we strive to provide consistent satisfaction whenever you visit.
