The charcoal-grilled dish, cooked with the high temperature and aroma unique to Bungo Binchotan charcoal, is an exquisite masterpiece.

The chicken used at TORA Chicken YA is a rare native chicken called "Jidokko," which accounts for only 1% of the chickens consumed in Japan. We use one whole chicken without hesitation, employing a calculated arrangement of charcoal, a method of slow cooking, and a unique grilling technique that traps the meat juices before serving it to our customers.
