A brand of beef enjoyed in a calm, adult-like hideaway atmosphere.
The shop owner, Mr. Takashi, was not a chef until eight years ago. He traveled across the country over four years, honing his palate, and opened this restaurant due to a certain opportunity.
Using his absolute sense of taste as a weapon, he changed the concept of shabu-shabu, and created a unique shabu-shabu using Tajima beef, which is recognized as one-of-a-kind by himself and others. Please be sure to enjoy the exceptionally deep shabu-shabu created by a shop owner who has never trained.
