Our restaurant located in Kitashinchi, Osaka, specializes in carefully selected A5-grade black-haired Wagyu virgin cows.

You can enjoy the unique flavor and gentle texture of virgin cow meat mainly through "sukiyaki," as well as "shabu-shabu" and "steak."

In addition to the meat, we also focus on the selection of vegetables, and our assortment of classic and unique branded vegetables is very popular.

    The total amount of meat used in the course is 230g, which is an unquestionably ample quantity.

    The vegetable platter includes both standard and unique vegetables, creating a "sukiyaki vegetable experience" that cannot be tasted elsewhere. We also always provide two types of branded eggs, allowing you to enjoy changing flavors with eggs.

    For the finish, you can choose either udon or rice with egg. Using the eggs from the sukiyaki for the rice with egg doubles the umami flavor.

    This is an ultra-luxurious course that adds two types of sukiyaki, "Uni Sukiyaki" and "Tororo Dashi Sukiyaki," to the regular sukiyaki course, allowing you to fully enjoy "Black-haired Wagyu Female Beef" and "Plump Oysters" in sukiyaki style.

    The total amount of meat used in the course is 230 grams, an unquestionable quantity.
