"Yukimuro Rich Wagyu," sourced by purchasing entire cattle heads from a long-established butcher with 131 years of history. This exquisite product is aged in a refrigerated storage called "Yukimuro," which uses natural snow from Niigata, allowing you to enjoy its rich aroma, flavor, and tender texture.

We also proudly offer raw meat sushi from a licensed raw meat shop and the "Original Burnt Sauce Meat Clay Pot" featured on TV.

Equipped with a smokeless roaster, you can enjoy it in any situation. Please consider it for special occasions such as anniversaries.
