A yakiniku restaurant where customers do not grill the meat themselves

Our restaurant was born from the desire to make our customers' precious time shine brighter, creating an adult space and a special moment.

We procure carefully selected ingredients from three affiliated stores, including Japan's proud brand beef (Matsusaka beef, domestic branded beef) and freshly delivered seasonal fish and seafood directly from the production areas. We charcoal-grill premium ingredients, handpicked from around the world and throughout Japan, using Binchotan charcoal.
