Our restaurant is an upgraded version of "Ginza Yamashina," which has been continuously selected as one of the "Top 100 Yakiniku Restaurants in Tokyo."
We purchase the entire brand beef "Omi Beef," which Shiga Prefecture proudly offers, and by sharing ingredients with teppanyaki, we provide various cuts even in yakiniku.
We mainly prepare the rare "Fully Matured Omi Beef," which has been "ultra-long fattened" with great care for over 40 months.
