We have carefully selected the finest female Kuroge Wagyu beef regardless of brand. The finely textured meat has a well-balanced marbling and offers a rich flavor for your enjoyment.

Additionally, considering the four seasons according to the calendar, we express seasonal ingredients as "shunsai" and welcome you with various dishes that reflect the changing seasons.
