Starting with a comparison of two types of shortcake that focus on the cake and cream respectively, and a mille-feuille that offers a unique texture due to a different layering method (Lambert method) than usual. There's also the opportunity to create your own original parfaits and enjoy a chocolate fountain, among other treats.
We also offer a selection of recommended light meals by the chef. Enjoy approximately 20 types of meals, including three types of pasta mixed in a large Parmesan cheese, fruit sandwiches, bruschetta, today’s French deli, as well as the chef's special black curry and pinsa, including salads.
