The chef personally goes to procure the meat, tasting it raw before carefully selecting it with great dedication.
The exquisite flavor of the melt-in-your-mouth fat and the fine marbling are exceptional.
We order fresh vegetables every morning from a contracted farm in Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture, ensuring freshly picked vegetables are delivered directly.
Additionally, we offer a wide variety of healthy seasonal vegetables from across the country, including Kyoto vegetables and organic produce, allowing you to experience the natural taste of vegetables.
While thoroughly pursuing deliciousness, our warm and welcoming restaurant is a place where you can casually enjoy a meal.
