ISHIDA GINZA / ISHIDA GINZA

  • Tokyo : Ginza
  • Steak / Wagyu beef, Steak, French cuisine

A restaurant for adults known only to those in the know

Carefully selected A5-grade premium beef from across the country is grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal.

You can enjoy the flavor and texture without compromise through precise cooking techniques tailored to each cut.

Our wine selection focuses mainly on French Bordeaux, chosen to complement the dishes and offering complex, fragrant notes developed through aging. Additionally, we source carefully selected ingredients from various regions nationwide, such as fatty white tilefish from Nagasaki Bungo Channel delivered via Toyosu Market, fragrant black abalone from Mie, and rich sea urchin from Rishiri, Hokkaido, each prepared with cooking methods suited to the ingredients.

We offer a course featuring premium beef grilled in a clay oven, based on French cuisine. Accompany your meal with wines selected from various regions, starting with Bordeaux from France.

This is a space where you can relax and enjoy at your leisure.
