Established a style that cannot be imitated by others with the skills and knowledge cultivated in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

I personally visit Toyosu to use carefully selected fresh fish.

The owner, who was trained by the executive chef during his time at Hotel Okura in Amsterdam (a goodwill ambassador for Japanese cuisine and a 11-time Michelin award winner), inherits the spirit of his master by borrowing his name.

Please enjoy a completely new style of sushi made with overseas experience and solid techniques.

Sushi Tomikawa is an intimate 8-seat counter run by the incredibly talented Chef Ryota Omura, who’s clearly a rising star. Every piece of sushi was perfectly crafted, balancing tradition with seasonal creativity. The omakase flowed beautifully with each course building harmoniously upon the last.

It’s honestly one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in Tokyo. Highly recommended!!
