Grilled chicken using domestic bincho-tan charcoal and brand-name chicken has an excellent aroma, texture, and flavor. Skilled artisans carefully prepare everything from the beginning.

Our signature truffle rice, wagyu sukiyaki skewers, and black-haired wagyu skewers are completely original products unique to our shop. Please enjoy seasonal handmade appetizers and sake from across the country.

  • Truffle rice
    For 2 to 3 people, high-nutrition horse meat (horse toro) that can be eaten raw and egg yolk are prepared like yukhoe, and the highest quality truffles are sliced at your table, creating a moment of bliss.
  • Chicken shabu-nabe with red chicken
    A serving of plenty of vegetables and fresh Satsuma red chicken with double soup of bonito and chicken carcass, served as shabu-shabu.
  • Seasonal clay pot mixed rice
