A grilled meat restaurant by a butcher that loves his hometown.

The store name "Kyukon" means "Soul of Kyushu."

A craftsman, known as a meat master, travels around farms nationwide that raise cows, sheep, pigs, and more, selecting excellent meat and providing dishes with particular dedication.

We also offer a variety of wines from around the world carefully selected by a sommelier, including natural wines, rosé, and orange wines.
We have wines starting from the 2,000 yen range, and we hope you enjoy pairing them with your meat.
